These Terms of Service govern your use of TrAIding at https://www.traiding.net. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Educational simulator only

TrAIding is an educational investment simulator. You practice with virtual funds and simulated trades. TrAIding is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or exchange. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is an offer to buy or sell any security.

Market data, news, and AI-generated analysis can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do not use TrAIding as the basis for real-money trading decisions. Past simulated performance does not predict future results.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrAIding. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account.

Accounts and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• create accounts by automated means or share an account in a way that abuses limits;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service beyond normal use;
• click Google ads on the site, or ask others to click them, to generate revenue;
• use the service for anything unlawful or misleading.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

Subscriptions

Some features, including automated AI trading in the simulator and an ad-free experience, require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Virtual funds, simulated profits, and leaderboard scores have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Advertising

Free use of the site may include third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Paid subscribers can use the product without those in-app ads. Advertising practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The TrAIding name, branding, and product interface are owned by us. You may not copy, scrape, or republish the service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that quotes, news, AI output, or uptime will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrAIding and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the simulator. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50 if you have not paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
